The year 2021 is the centennial of the CPC. Starting from the inevitable requirements of keeping in mind the original mission, strengthening belief and belief, and promoting the Party's self revolution, the Party Central Committee, based on the new starting point of the centennial history of the Party and focusing on creating a new situation for the development of the cause, has made a major strategic decision to carry out the study and education of the history of the Party. The study and education have been carried out throughout the year, which has had a broad and far-reaching impact on the whole party and society.

      When attending important activities such as the award ceremony of the "July 1st Medal", investigating in Fujian and other places, and visiting important memorial sites such as the Memorial Hall of the Long March of the Red Army on the Xiangjiang River, he made a series of important speeches and instructions, made clear requirements for the significance, overall requirements, goals and tasks of carrying out the study and education of the Party history, and made scientific understanding The basic viewpoints and major conclusions were deeply explained, which effectively guided and promoted the in-depth development of Party history learning and education.

In combination with solving practical problems, we should carry out the practical activity of "I do practical things for the masses", which not only aims to solve the specific problems that the masses are in urgent need of, but also aims to improve the system and mechanism for solving people's livelihood problems in the long run, so as to enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness and security.
About innovative ways and methods. Focusing on leading cadres at or above the county level, we will carry out learning and education with distinctive features and various forms, widely carry out publicity and education of the "Four Histories" in the whole society, and focus on learning and education for young people. Carry forward the fine Marxist style of study, promote innovation in content, form and method, make good use of the Party's red resources, encourage the creation of literary and artistic works on the theme of the Party history, especially film and television works, carefully organize the publication and distribution of publications on the theme of the Party history, and give play to the important role of the Internet in the publicity of the Party history.
On consolidating and expanding the achievements of learning and education. We will deepen the summary, study, education and publicity of the Party history, promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of the study and education of the Party history, better grasp and use the historical experience of the Party's centenary struggle, carry forward the great spirit of building the Party, increase historical confidence, enhance unity and unity, and enhance the spirit of struggle, mobilize the whole Party and people of all ethnic groups to firm confidence, forge ahead bravely, and make unremitting efforts to achieve the second centenary goal.

        By the end of last year, a central propaganda group with high specification and strong lineup had been established to carry out three rounds of centralized propaganda in various regions, relevant systems and departments, with nearly 90000 direct listeners and 79 million indirect listeners through various channels.   Various media at all levels continued to launch a number of commentaries, excerpts and new media works to create a strong atmosphere of learning and education in the whole party and society.
Combine organizational guidance and promotion with spontaneous creation at the grassroots level to form a strong joint force to promote the effective development of learning and education. Establish a leading group and a special organization for the study and education of Party history, timely print and distribute notices, work plans, replies and other important documents, and provide overall guidance on the content, form, method, organization, etc. of the study and education. A large number of revolutionary sites, memorial halls, museums, etc. have become popular card punching places. Party organizations at all levels extensively carried out activities such as "Party Lessons Opened", centralized party admission oath, and review of party admission oath. In combination with the martyrs' memorial day and other festivals, we organized martyrs' memorial activities to remember the revolutionary martyrs and inherit the revolutionary spirit. The production and broadcasting of large-scale TV feature films like Dare to Teach the Sun and the Moon for a New Day, People's Well off, and film and television works like Changjin Lake and The Age of Awakening have been loved and sought after by the vast audience, including young people, and have become "popular online" dramas.  
We will combine learning and education with solving practical problems, and solidly carry out the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses". The most distinctive feature of this party history study and education is to integrate "I do practical things for the masses" into the party history study and education, so that the study of history can be implemented. The central government printed and issued the activity plan, which requires us to focus on five key tasks, namely, implementing the new development concept, consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation, ensuring the needs of the people at the grassroots level, deepening the reform of government services for the convenience of the people, and promoting the modernization of the grass-roots governance system and governance capacity, and work hard to solve the difficulties at the grassroots level and the annoyance of the masses. Various departments and units in various regions have widely solicited opinions and suggestions from the masses through field research, collective discussions, online letters and visits and other channels. They have generally established a list of practical projects, formulated and issued a number of policies and measures for the benefit of the people, implemented a number of projects for the benefit of the people, and solved a number of conflicts and disputes that harm the interests of the people, effectively enhancing the people's sense of gain, happiness, and security. The leading groups and cadres should take the lead in learning the history of the Party and often talk about it, so as to form a good situation in which one level leads another and the whole Party learns together. Make good use of the good mechanism formed by the practice of "I do practical things for the masses", and continue to work enthusiastically for the masses and solve problems. Combine the normalization and long-term effectiveness of Party history learning and education with the central work, and truly transform the effectiveness of learning and education into the motivation, measures and effectiveness of doing their own work well.

The correct historical view of a political party and a nation is of vital importance. If the view of history is wrong, it will not only fail to achieve the goal of learning and education, but will go astray. This party history study education not only clarifies what and how to learn the party history, but also how to learn and use the party history, guiding the whole party to establish a historical materialism and correct party history. Through strong ideological guidance and theoretical analysis, this party history study and education firmly clarified the vague understanding and one-sided understanding of some major historical issues in the party history, took a clear stand against historical nihilism, and played a role in rectifying the root cause and strengthening the foundation.
